ValueMags - Received People Magazine and did not order it
I received People Magazine last week and I did not order it nor do I read such idiotic garbage. I have been told by People Magazine that a third party is involved and I would need to cancel through them.
I looked up Value Mags company website and you can only order magazines on-line, no place to cancel or send an e-mail to customer service.
After reading other complaints on-line, I may consider cancelling my card just to stop them from debiting my account. I also recently ordered flowers Through FTD and will never order through them again since it appears they sold my information to value mags company, This must be illegal but I don't know how to stop it.

Same thing happened to me with TIME magazine. I didn't order it, don't want it and can't cancel it. How is this okay?!?
I have the same problem buy I'm receiving entertainment weekly I called them and said I have to talk to valuemags.. They gave me there number 180*-***-**** unfortunately they are closed on weekends do I have to wait to talk to someone
I have the same problem with USMagazine. The card was cancelled a year ago and I keep receiving the idiotic magazine that I have never ordered. I fear this will be reported to the credit bureaus.
Same with me!!! I did not order from them.
I do have their phone number and customer service information. I searched until I found it in the back of the magazine.Valuemag.com/customerservice. Enter the account number from the magazine mailing label above your name and you can track down the date the subscription was started.
